Guidance from Above
Father, I pray this study will glorify your son Jesus, and reveal him to those who do not
yet truly know him as Lord and Savior. I pray your Holy Spirit guides the content displayed in this study
to remain pure and protected from heresy. I thank you for the ability to produce this study
to the world,
so much that for even if one soul is lead to repentance by it, I know that it will have been the most
precious honor having been in Your service. I pray ultimately for Thy will to be done, and that if this study
misinterprets You in any way it will be corrected as not to lead anyone astray. Father, I believe there
is no greater responsibility than being a caretaker of Your Word, so with this I pray for a pure heart as
we begin to open up Your last message to the world, by the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

Salutation
Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. I love to borrow this salutation from Paul out of the epistles. Welcome to revealingrevelation.org. I felt it important to open in prayer as the Lord must always come first. I also feel it is important you know a bit about myself as well if you decide to continue in this study. Just to scratch the surface, I am a professing Born Again Christian that has spent many years in Biblical study. I believe in the 66 books of the Holy Bible, and believe that it is the only source of absolute truth. I have to confess that I have got caught up in a few doctrines that I found to be heretic along the way. Many times in life, we can get so desperate for things to go our way, we can get caught up in the idea that if we “do” the right things, God will be our personal genie. We must remember that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all, just not always how we want it. Being in these situations has helped me to put this study together as I got to a point where all I sought after was truth and sound doctrine. I will include several examples of this throughout the study. I will also include some of the major theologies, mostly specific to end times, such as placement of the rapture with the tribulation. I will present most of the views and why they are as interpreted as so, never condemning, but I will express what I believe to be correct. We still have the human flesh factor that can cause fellow believers to differ, and no one can know it all but God. So if you disagree along the way, let’s always remember what brings us together as one, and that is Jesus. I believe the Bible to be its own interpreter, so comparing scripture with scripture is the only way to properly come up with Biblical answers. The only physical tools that I use is a Strong’s Concordance along with a personal preference of the Authorized Version of the Bible, otherwise known as the King James. Lastly, I do have the blessing of living in the Northwood’s of Wisconsin. Many refer this area as God’s country, and although I believe all countries are Gods, this is one of the most beautiful areas in the world. I have decided to share this with you as all the photography will be of my own. Hopefully this will make the study even more special as we can share all the beauty of Gods handy work. Every day I am reminded of so many scriptures as I view the billions of stars so clearly visible here, along with the Eagles soaring above my head, even sitting perched in the branches of the trees around my home. There is the spectacular Northern Lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis, glowing over the lake on summer nights. The deer come down for a drink along the lake shore, and I think as the deer panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee. The change of seasons reminded me of the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and at the time of this writing, the beginning of a long and in depth study, I am in the middle of a long cold winter, the earth frozen with a beautiful fresh covering of brilliant white snow reminding me that although my sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
About this Study
I will be going in order from Revelation chapter 1 all the way through 22. This will be a complete verse by verse study focussing on key words. I have decided to start the study with a study about numbers. The first time I really sat down for an in-depth study of Revelation, I got stuck in the first chapter where it mentions the seven spirits of God, so I think this a good starting point. One other factor is in order to study Revelation, you must know the rest of the Bible, so we will be spending a lot of time cross referencing scripture. The Lord has put other projects in my heart that I would love to see come to fruition as well, and they will if it be His will!
